The subtasks survival (7.1.1) and prevalence (7.1.2) started with a kick-off meeting that was well-attended by the active participants and observers.
Key achievements include:
T7.2 – Implementation in CRATE2
Work is progressing on integrating the new survival and prevalence definitions into CRATE2. Software implementation for both survival and prevalence in R is ongoing, based on the popEpi R package. Development is supported by biweekly technical meetings with JRC.
T7.3 – Creation of focus group with statistical experts
Expert panel is being composed. A kick-off meeting will be organised in the coming weeks.
T7.4 – Development of research study protocols using ECIS survival data
The task team is brainstorming on two use cases (lung cancer and melanoma). They are drafting a first research proposal and are discussing the steps needed for submission of a data access request to JRC.
