The Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (CDC) is a direct administration institution subordinated to the Minister for Health and the purpose of its activities is; to implement public health policy in the country in the sub-serphant areas of epidemiological safety and disease prevention and health care policy in the quality of health care; ensure the implementation and coordination of health promotion policies.
